The paper tube spiral winder unit is produced for medium paper cores production. Having many years of expertise in this area, we have implemented this knowledge by working closely with our customers to identify improvements. This has delivered a more robust, reliable and user friendly spiral winder. This also brings the additional benefit of reducing changeover times, increasing productivity and reducing waste.
The winding capstans are both driven from a variable speed motor through timing belts and bevel gears.The winding head controls are grouped together on a panel situated near the winding belt.Below this are the usual settings for the winding angle and belt.A safety sensor will stop the machine instantly and release the winding belt tension if the operator goes too near the trap of the belt.This feature gives the additional benefit of constant winding belt tension for long belt life.An interlocked raisable guard covers the winding capstans and belt.

Derlin Guiding System: The Derlin guiding system extends the lifespan of the blades in the cutting section and ensures the effective application of the equal aging technique. Since the blades do not always cut at the same point, this system also prolongs the lifespan of the cutting parts, reduces maintenance intervals, minimizes spare part costs, and positively impacts the company’s revenue by avoiding production stoppages.
